Social Security disability, otherwise known as SSDI, and a $1400 fourth stimulus check. I have all the details and what you need to know right here on the topic, so let’s get right into it. All right, now, this is a really good and popular question that I continue to see showing up down in the comments section from many of you right here in the community wondering, am I going to receive a $1,400 for stimulus check if I receive SSDI? That’s a great question and exactly what I want to focus on right here in the topic. So let’s get into it and discuss all the details and of course, everything you need to know.
If you want to stay updated each and every day with everything going on right now in regards to money, benefits, Social Security, retirement, SSDI survivors, SSI, VA, RRB, low income, low income, seniors, older adults, people with disabilities, as well as checks, programs, stimulus, or anything else that continues to happen right now, stay connected so I can keep you updated each and every day during all of these moving parts and during this very busy time as things are changing very rapidly.
And I’ll continue to keep you updated each and every day with everything going on. So let’s get into it and discuss all the details on a $1,400 for stimulus check, where we currently stand, and of course, answering that very important question that many of you have been wondering right here in the community, am I going to get it? If there is one? Will I actually get it as an SSDI beneficiary? All right, so let’s get into it and talk about that.
Now, I completely understand because we’ve seen time and time again that unfortunately, low income and of course fixed income beneficiaries have been left out on so many programs, right? I think we can probably sit here altogether and count all the different programs that have been popping up, sending out money or all kinds of different benefits to many different people. And ultimately the low income and fixed income are left out so often it’s really, really frustrating. I think we can all agree on that, right? Well, I don’t blame you when some of us are wondering, are we actually going to get a check if there happens to be one?
Are we actually going to be included in that one? Other quick side note I want to throw out there as well. There are so many different states out there right now sending out ongoing checks, either a one time check or some of a monthly check, something like this. Unfortunately, the vast majority of the state stimulus checks that are being distributed right now are only going out to those individuals who have filed a tax return with the state. Yeah, again, the vast majority of people who receive fixed income benefits don’t file a tax return because in most cases, you don’t need to.
So, anyway, just another quick side note of how many fixed income beneficiaries and low income once again left out. Yeah, I get it. Anyway, let’s talk about the details about this. However, full disclaimer, as of right now, a $1,400 for stimulus check has not been approved yet, and no, it is not sending out, and no, it is not deposited tomorrow. So if you see other headlines or things like this coming out saying deposited tomorrow, so approved, or things like this mailing out today, no, it’s not.
Not a $1,000 check, not as of right now, anyway. So I just want to make that very clear. So we’re all on the same page here, and we recognize what is going on. However, with the current economic landscape and everything that’s going on, in the event of another check being distributed and or being approved, again, I wouldn’t be shocked one bit to see another check approved at some point, even though it would likely possibly contribute to more inflation. Honestly, like I’ve talked about in previous topics, they don’t care about the inflation.
They continue to tell us that they care. They don’t care. Okay. They don’t care. If they cared about the inflation, they would have done something about it a year ago when it was about 5%.
So, just saying. Again, in the event that they do approve another check, by all means, yes, absolutely, 100%. SSDI Beneficiaries provided a check is actually approved on the federal level, as in the federal government sends out a check, of course, each individual state has their own rules and parameters around checks. Again, if it’s distributed on the state by state level, again, every single state has their own rules, has their own parameters as far as who would be eligible for it. So I can’t speak to necessarily all the different states, but in the event of the federal government sending out and approving another check, yeah, by all means.
Fixed income beneficiaries, SSDI Beneficiaries 100%, you would be included. Let me ask you this much. Were you included for the first three checks, the 2020, the $600 in the end of 2020, and the $1,400 in the early portion of 2021? Yes, absolutely, 100% you were eligible for it. Now, in some instances, to be totally fair, adult dependents were not eligible for it, but just SSDI Beneficiaries yes, you were eligible unless you were possibly an adult dependent.
Again, that was a total different situation going on, but in some cases, those beneficiaries were not included. But yes, straight up. SSDI Beneficiaries yeah, absolutely. You were included on the last three, and it would be the same thing going forward. Now, I want to throw this out there as well, as I mentioned in previous topics, in the event of another check, I still would not be shocked one bit to see a highly focused check go out just to fixed income beneficiaries.
In fact, I recently talked about how seniors just in one location in New York are getting dedicated, highly focused checks just in one city. I apologize, in one county of the state of New York, there are seniors, only seniors that are getting checks. That is one perfect example of where we can see clearly that yes, checks are going out highly focused to seniors and that’s it just in that one county in New York. So anyway, that’s a great example. Anyway, long story short, for SSDI beneficiaries, Social Security, Disability Insurance beneficiaries, there’s about eight to 9 million of us out there for everybody receiving these benefits, yes, 100%, in the event another check is approved by the federal government, then yes, by all means you would be included for that.
So again, I know sometimes it’s easy to think that we’re going to be forgotten. Once again, it’s easy to do. They love to look over us, they love to forget about us. But when it comes down to it, yes, by all means, in the event another check is distributed and or approved, then yes, absolutely, 100%, you would be included in that. Now, would they possibly write some weird language into the bill saying everybody’s included except for SSDI Beneficiaries?
I guess they could do that, but I highly doubt that they would do that. But again, anything could happen these days as we continue to see some really weird things going on right now. Anyway, hope this topic helps you out. Again, for those of you that I’m asking down in the comments section, yes, you would be included. I hope this answers the question for you.
But again, one more time so that we’re all on the same page here, as of right now, a fourth stimulus check in the amount of $1,400, $2,000, $1,000, $500, or even two pennies has not been approved yet. Okay, I just want to make sure that we’re all on the same page and everybody recognizes what is going on. Anyway, I hope this topic helps you out. Again, please make sure to subscribe down below.
